Tuesday Night Uke Class w/ Buster

This class meets each Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 and in that hour a true musical experience takes place. Carrie Dietz designed this class so that any uke player (beginner or pro) can drop in and be able to join in the fun within the first class. Every week a new song is introduced to the class. Along with learning new material, part of the hour is spent going over songs from previous weeks. The class enjoys learning chords and rhythm pattern, along with lead riffs and finger picking that can be played as an ensemble. The class has a very casual and fun vibe that lends itself to beginners. Students of all levels are encouraged to challenge themselves with “extra credit material”. Students sings along if they feel it and others listen while joining in with bold strumming on their uke. The class is filled with wonderful music, lot of laughing, and mandatory chocolate breaks.
